Experience
· Ideally have proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role on Onshore Oil & Gas Industry (specifically LNG) in a similar or relevant position
· Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
· Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
· Must have a recognised Technical qualification for the Position.
· Have confirmed experiences and knowledge to carryout efficiently and safely Start-Up and performance testing activities.
· Have a good command of spoken and written English
· Engineering degree with strong experience in the fields of operation & maintenance.
· A high level of self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within a multi-discipline integrated project team
· Map out annual training plans for management, client support and more
· Design and develop with vendors/licensors training programs
· Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
· Design and prepare with vendors/licensors educational aids and materials
· Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
· Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
· Partner with client and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
