Job Purpose :

The position holder is responsible for execution of Ultra High Temperature treatment for dairy & juices in the processing section (Milk, Flavoured Milk, Juices & Nectars). The position holder should have knowledge of long shelf products treatment. Minimize the risk of product contamination in UHT.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Operation of UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tank Operation.

· Verify Pre-check list, Post Check list on daily basis. Any deviation to be notified to the Production Supervisor & Maintenance Department.

· Monitor UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tanks frequently (every 30 mins) & document it.

· During UHT Treatment, if any abnormalities would affect product safety, immediate decision has to be taken to temporarily stop the production and inform to supervisor for further action.

· Follow Sop instructions of UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tank Treatment process.

· Ensure CIP Operation as per the production sop.

· Compliance with Health & Safety & Personal Hygiene.

· Follow HACCP, GMP procedures.

· Knowledge to minimise the product loss & time in running the process.(Product processing)

· Follow processing parameters as per the sop/guidelines.

· Follow the daily care & weekly care as per the Sop.

· Have a clear communication to Tetra Filler Operator, whenever the product is in Al Safe Tank.
