- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing issues related to HR processes and system functionality.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions, creating documentation and materials to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR, to integrate HCM solutions with other business applications.
- Stay updated on Oracle EBS HCM best practices and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance system performance.
