- Collaborate with technical teams to design integration solutions that connect Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials for Oracle HCM implementations.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues post-implementation, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Participate in change management initiatives, guiding clients through system updates and enhancements to Oracle HCM.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to clients.
