Outdoor Sales Officer is the leading team of sales force that will interact first hand with the Retailer and ensure complete understanding of the myGINNE platform. The key role of the Outdoor Sales Officer is to ensure the onboarding of maximum number of Retailers and support in the B2C and B2B sales on the platform. The Outdoor Sales Officer must always be on the lookout for more and more Retailers and should be services oriented.
Onboarding Retailers on myGINNE platform and educating them on how to use the system and how to support the B2C & B2B business on the platform.
Conduct surveys in target area and understanding the needs of the Retailers and updating the database on regular basis.
Learn all new modules of the myGINNE platform and keep educating the Retailer on the same.
Follow the Buddy System, Mentor System and support new outdoor sales officers during the induction and training period.
Setting up communication with existing Retailers to keep getting leads for myGINNE platform.
Training the new team employees on platform on how to trouble shoot for any issues.
