Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and replace paint booth filters as needed, including intake, exhaust and air heater filters.

• Clean burners, including flame rod, igniter and indirect air intake. Should also be inspected annually.

• Inspect the fan operation, grease motor bearings and remove buildup from fans and dampers.

• Remove overspray build-up from paint booth walls, ceiling, floor, curtains and doors. Should be inspected daily.

• Continuous monitoring of all the machineries to ensure minimal breakdown.

• Assemble install and wiring, repair of control box.

• Inspect operate and test machinery to diagnose malfunction.

• Record maintenance and repair work performed.
