Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily painting activities at site (primer, epoxy, intumescent, topcoat, etc.).
Ensure proper surface preparation (blasting, grinding, cleaning) before application.
Monitor coating thickness (DFT/WFT) as per project specification.
Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
Ensure work is executed as per approved method statements and manufacturer recommendations.
Maintain daily progress reports and manpower records
