- Oversee and manage painting projects by coordinating with project managers and clients.
- Should be aware of paint mixing and its specifications by referring to the product data-sheet.
- Ensure all painting work is completed on time and within budget by maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and provide regular progress reports to project managers and clients.
- Order and manage painting supplies and materials while ensuring proper maintenance and storage of painting equipment in a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to manage technicians and conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the reporting heads.
- Should be capable of resolving any issues or problems that arise during projects.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures as needed.
