Identify and reach out to potential clients, including home offices, SMEs, and home users. Present and explain our IT support services, including remote access solutions, server/NAS setups, data backup & recovery, home media server setups, and more. Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Follow up with leads, conduct consultations, and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
