Job Overview: As a Partnerships Associate at Dandpo you will be responsible for identifying, validating, and onboarding print partners across the UAE to expand our marketplace. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new partners, driving growth and enhancing the value proposition of Dandpo. This role involves 40% travel, primarily within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and Research Potential Partners: Proactively source and research potential print partners across the UAE to expand Dandpo's network.
● Partner Outreach & Relationship Building: Establish relationships with prospective partners, presenting Dandpo’s value proposition and negotiating partnerships.
● Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process, ensuring that new partners are fully integrated into the Dandpo marketplace.
● Partner Validation: Vet and assess potential print partners to ensure they meet Dandpo’s quality standards, pricing guidelines, and operational expectations.
● Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure partners are aligned with Dandpo’s goals and systems.
● Market Insights & Reporting: Track and report on market trends, competitor activity, and partnership performance to identify opportunities for growth.
● Travel & Site Visits: Travel across the UAE (40% of the role) to meet with potential partners, evaluate facilities, and ensure smooth partner engagement. Skills & Qualifications:
● Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
● Strong Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
● Networking & Relationship Management: Ability to network and establish strong relationships with potential and existing partners.
● Organized & Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and negotiate favorable terms with partners.
● Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment. ● Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with frequent travel across the UAE (approximately 40% of the time). ● Driving License (Added Advantage): A valid UAE driving license will be considered an added advantage.
