We are looking for a Pastry Baker who can join in a 4 Star Beach Resort in Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, rolls, muffins, croissants, and pastries daily.
• Ensure all products are baked to perfection and presented attractively.
• Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and place orders when necessary.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion controls.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all baking equipment and workstations.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in menu development and daily specials related to baked goods.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work early shifts and weekends.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Certification in culinary arts or bakery (preferred but not mandatory).
