Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Officer to oversee payroll processing for our employees in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, demonstrate expertise in payroll calculations, and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Accurately manage and process payroll for all staff, ensuring timely and precise disbursement of salaries and wages in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor and record employee attendance and leave requests, ensuring accurate reflection in payroll calculations.
• Overtime Calculations: Calculate and verify overtime hours for eligible employees, adhering to company policies and UAE labor laws.
• Additions and Deductions: Process all additions and deductions accurately.
• End of Service (EOS) Calculations: Calculate end-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE labor laws for departing employees.
• Manual Payroll Calculations: Conduct manual payroll calculations as necessary to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Compliance: Stay updated on UAE labor laws and ensure all payroll processes adhere to legal requirements.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain payroll reports for management review, including summaries of earnings, deductions, and payroll trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll-related matters.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee data, in compliance with data protection regulations.
