  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Should have good command over English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Take meeting minutes, draft correspondence, and communicate on behalf of the Director.
  • Oversee office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing office organization.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making.
  • Handle any personal tasks assigned by the Director.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
