- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Take meeting minutes, draft correspondence, and communicate on behalf of the Director.
- Oversee office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing office organization.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making.
- Handle any personal tasks assigned by the Director.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
