Roles:

We are looking for Xerox brand experienced Service Engineers to join our team in one of the Xerox operation in Middle East.

The ideal candidate should have hands on experience, Xerox Certified training's in servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining photocopiers and MFPs of Xerox brand.

Responsibilities:

-Install, service and repair Xerox brand office/production printers and MFP's at client location

-Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting procedures as per manufacturers guide.

-Perform preventative maintenance.

-Manage breakdown calls

-Maintain service records and reports

-Coordinate with Service team for technical support and parts.
