· Maintain abreast of technical knowledge in terms of process relating to plant based & beverage products by keeping updated with scientific literature, competitors’ products and participation in scientific seminars and meetings

· Conduct benchtop trials, supervise / operate pilot plant.

· Ensure that the trials delivered in time with high quality standards

· Lead scaleup process (pilot plant and industrial trials)

· Work closely with PD & Operations team (Production planning, Production and Quality) to align on product development objectives and meet the target products trials & launch dates from technical perspective.

· Maintain organized and efficient pilot plant working system by applying /updating 5S.

· Ensure that calibration and routine check for pilot plant equipment and quickly solve problems associated with equipment.

· Initiate & deliver process optimization solution.

· Liaising with suppliers seeking process improvements and innovations.

· Provide technical processing support for commercialized products.

· Support in new equipment commissioning and validation.

· Manage the work of one operator

· Follow Nuitree R&D documentation system through creating /updating
