Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
Create detailed project schedules using project management software, considering resource allocation, dependencies, and critical path analysis. Continuously update and refine schedules as the project progresses.
Monitor project progress and compare it to the established schedule. Identify deviations and variances, and work with the project team to implement corrective actions. Liaise with Planning Counterparts of other stakeholders for smooth functioning. Handling of multiple stakeholders including the Main contractor, Consultant as per requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, plans, and reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the project schedule and propose mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
