Manage budgetary constraints by monitoring expenses, reducing waste, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and equipment, preventing production delays.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of technicians and operators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, conducting regular audits and inspections.
Develop and execute maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Collaborate with engineering teams on new projects, providing insights from operational perspectives to enhance design efficiency.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and outlining strategic plans.
