Key Responsibilities:
- Support and monitor the implementation of project governance, standards, and best practices across portfolios.
- Track and report on program/project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables using PMO dashboards and KPIs.
- Coordinate across departments, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Maintain and improve PMO templates, documentation standards, and knowledge repositories.
- Conduct quality assurance checks, project health checks, and audits to ensure compliance with PMO methodology.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, including ministries or regulatory bodies.
- Support capacity building and training sessions on project management tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with strategic partners and vendors to ensure project tracking and governance is in place.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PMO functions, preferably within the Middle East region.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic is a plus, English is a must).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
