Work closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Sales Revenue (SR) teams to facilitate order placements and delivery of solar products.
Project Delivery Leadership:
Collaborate with internal teams, including the planning and production departments, to oversee and control overall project delivery schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a key communication point for customers, ensuring alignment between project delivery schedules and client expectations. Quickly address any abnormal issues that may arise to maintain project timelines and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Work with SR, AR, production lines, the quality department, and after-sales teams to provide real-time feedback on any client issues. Proactively identify potential challenges, manage internal resources, and propose effective solutions to ensure customer needs are met.
Data Management & Payment Assistance:
Assist AR in updating delivery data and sales revenue records during the project delivery phase. Support the finance team in coordinating with clients for payment collection.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Photovoltaics, Energy Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in photovoltaic (PV) project delivery or related project management roles. International project experience is a plus.
Project Management Expertise:
Proficient in project management tools and methods; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
Communication & Problem-Solving Skills:
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex interpersonal relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency:
Strong English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are essential. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Adaptability & Resilience:
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic work environments, particularly in Saudi Arabia and other international regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Familiarity with cross-border project management and a track record of managing international teams or customers.
