We are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer who can own, scale, and optimize high-performing B2B lead generation campaigns. This role is a high-impact opportunity for someone who can drive measurable growth at a global level, leveraging Google PPC and advanced performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in executing lead generation campaigns across Europe, the US, and other key global markets beyond the UAE.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for strategy, execution, and budget allocation, ensuring that every campaign delivers maximum ROI and lead quality. You will work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with designers and content strategists, and make real-time optimizations to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
The candidate must be based in Dubai and have a strong background in B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize Google PPC campaigns for B2B lead generation, ensuring maximum ROI and high-quality leads.
● Manage and scale global campaigns, with a focus on Europe and US markets, while adapting strategies to local market nuances.
● Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to dramatically lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and increase conversion rates.
● Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and
other relevant platforms to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
● Develop and execute A/B testing experiments to enhance landing pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting.
● Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
● Own budget allocation and campaign forecasting to maximize performance efficiency.
● Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC and performance marketing with demonstrable recent certification.
● Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
● Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Lead Volume & Quality: Ability to generate high-intent, sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
● Cost Per Lead (CPL): Continuous optimization to reduce CPL without compromising lead quality.
● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improving landing page performance and ad engagement metrics.
● Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Ensuring efficient use of ad budgets for measurable business growth.
● Pipeline Contribution: Tracking how campaigns contribute to the overall sales pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications and Experience
● Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing B2B Google PPC-led lead generation campaigns.
● Proven experience in running global campaigns, with a strong focus on Europe and US markets.
● Demonstrable track record of achieving cost-efficient lead generation, high conversion rates, and strong ROI.
● Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PPC automation tools.
● Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, sales enablement strategies, and lead nurturing.
● Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance-based decisions.
● Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person collaboration.
● References from previous employers or clients are required.
Desired Skills
● Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp and other B2B advertising platforms.
● Knowledge of Salesforce and it’s integration with marketing campaigns.
● Strong A/B testing experience and knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
