Address and respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ/Sales Enquiries responses in an extensive, formally excellent, perfectly engineered, and timely manner.
Prepare, review/approve, and quantify engineering drawings based on solid technical foundation including schematics, risers, termination typical, etc on AutoCAD.
Provide technical assistance to sales personnel including doing Site Surveys, Solution Design, BOM preparation, Quotation preparation, and any other techno-commercial requirement.
Design and deliver product presentations.
Prepare, Review and approve marketing campaign contents.
Provide technical support to clients during the sales process, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
Assist in built-up and Manning of exhibition booths in public Tradeshows.
Carry out Training sessions, RoadShows and PoC activities.
Liaise with OEM representatives for best product pitching and prescription.
Minimum 5+ years previous customer-facing consulting/advisory pre-sales experience in a similar post.
Excellent command of English both written & spoken with preference to Arabic speakers.
Holder of an Engineering degree.
Experience in Physical Security Domain, preferably Parking Systems.
Good knowledge of and relationship with the local IT & security market (system integrators, resellers, distributors) is an advantage.
Good research and self-learning ability, with excellent analytical and time-management skills.
Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
