1. Technical Expertise and Solution Design:
- Design and deploy customized cybersecurity solutions, including network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, firewalls, identity access management, and data protection.
- Create and present high-level and detailed solution designs, focusing on customer requirements, security best practices, and compliance standards.
- Conduct technical risk assessments to identify potential gaps in clients’ security architecture and propose remediation solutions.
2. Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, present solutions, and participate in client meetings as the technical expert.
- Perform live product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase the capabilities of proposed cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to establish credibility and become a trusted advisor.
3. Proposal and Documentation Support:
- Assist in the creation of technical proposals, including solution descriptions, network diagrams, Scope of Work, Comparisons, BoM (Bill of Materials), and Licensing details and any other kind of documentation.
- Develop and maintain updated documentation on cybersecurity products and solutions offered by the company.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer inquiries by providing detailed, accurate, and timely information.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.
- Actively engage in Knowledge sharing and Training sessions with sales teams to improve their technical understanding of cybersecurity products.
5. Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, technologies, and vendor solutions.
- Actively participate in industry conferences, webinars, and training to maintain certifications and stay current with cybersecurity advancements.
