Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Pre-Sales/Social Media Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the pre-sales activities, developing tailored solutions for clients, driving revenue growth, managing our social media presence, and developing engaging content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across platforms (X (formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networks.

- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to develop innovative recruitment solutions.

- Content Creation: Develop and publish engaging content (posts, tweets, articles, videos) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

- Social Media Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve performance.
