We’re seeking a skilled Print Designer and Colour Matching expert to work on high-quality prints for top UK clients like Laura Ashley, Graham & Brown, Cath Kidston, and Orla Kiely. This role requires a sharp eye for design, color-matching expertise, and seamless teamwork for flawless execution.

Responsibilities:

Print Design & Development – Create and refine textile prints that align with client aesthetics and project requirements.

Color Matching Leadership – Manage and oversee the color matching process to ensure accuracy and consistency for UK-based brands working closely with Illumin8 UK team members.

Project Coordination – Conduct regular check-ins to streamline workflows, manage timelines, and ensure smooth design execution.

Quality Assurance – Review and approve print samples to maintain the highest quality and consistency in final outputs.

Design Documentation – Maintain an organized library of design records and color standards for future reference.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Surface Pattern Design, or a related field.

Minimum Previous Experience:

2+ years of experience in textile print design, preferably in home interiors, wallpaper, or fashion.

A strong portfolio showcasing print designs, color work, and pattern development.
