Act as the main contact between the company and UAE government entities (MOHRE, ICP, municipalities, etc.)
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and regulatory laws
Stay updated on regulation changes and advise management accordingly
2. Visa & Immigration Management
Process:
Employment visas & entry permits
Emirates ID applications
Labor cards & medical appointments
Residency renewals
Handle visa cancellations, transfers, and dependent visas
Track expiry dates of all employee-related documents
3. Licensing & Corporate Documentation
Manage trade license:
Issuance
Renewals
Amendments
Handle:
Establishment cards
Immigration & labor files
Quota applications
Oversee attestations, notarizations, and legal translations
4. CICPA / Security Pass Management
Process security passes, gate passes, and access permits
Coordinate with:
Client security teams
Industrial zones, ports, oil & gas sites
Track expiry and renewals of:
CICPA passes
Vehicle permits
Site access cards
Maintain records of security clearances
5. Reporting & Record Management
Maintain accurate records of:
Government transactions
Employee files, visas, and permits
Prepare compliance and status reports
Ensure all documents are securely stored and accessible
