- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
- Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data to make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process engineering.
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects, including process design, optimization, and validation.
- Train and mentor junior process engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate and select equipment and materials for process improvements.
