Job Purpose / Responsibilities:

To perform corrective, preventive & predictive Mechanical maintenance of all process equipments.

To analyze equipment operating problems and make recommendations and carry out the repair.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform routine maintenance on plant machineries
• Inspect machines for faulty parts and analyze and diagnose mechanical issues
• Follow checklists and protocols while conducting repairs
• Attend equipment’s malfunctioning or breakdown, perform troubleshooting to bring back the machine in to operation.
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance as per the department’s schedule.
• To attend Emergency breakdown work at any time if needed, even at night & report duty when instructed.
• To record daily on log book with 100% accuracy for all observations, breakdowns and action taken, work achieved or in progress.
• To work as process shift mechanic or change in routine working schedule if needed with department instructions.
• Follow all health and safety laws and guidelines, as well as common sense safety practices. Ensure a safe, organized, and tidy workspace
• Support co-workers and be a good team player.

To attend and ensure operational fire fighting equipments when necessary
