To analyze equipment operating problems and make recommendations and carry out the repair. To perform corrective, planned, preventive & predictive maintenance of all process equipments.

Key Accountabilities

To attend equipments malfunctioning or breakdown, trouble shooting and repairs by welding and fabrication or using lifting appliances to bring back the machine in to operation.

Carry out planned and preventive maintenance as per the department’s schedule

To attend and perform Equipment breakdown or Emergency work at any time if needed, even at night & report duty when instructed

To record daily on logbook with 100% accuracy for all observations, breakdowns and action taken, work achieved or in progress.

To work as process, shift mechanic or change in routine working schedule if needed with instructions of department seniors.

To ensure safe working with all necessary safety guidelines, safe keeping of tools & daily cleanliness of work areas.

To attend and ensure operational firefighting equipment’s when necessary
