Position Overview: The Procurement Executive will manage purchasing goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. This role involves working with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and supporting the procurement team to meet company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Purchase Management:
• Source and purchase goods and services as required by the company.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
2. Supplier Relations:
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
3. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends.
• Compare prices and quality to make informed purchasing decisions.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their procurement needs.
• Coordinate with logistics to manage inventory and deliveries.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Procurement Industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Candidate should be in UAE

Education:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
