The Procurement Specialist will play a critical role in supporting new product development, supplier development, and purchase order management for the assigned region.
New Product Development, develop new products to meet the assigned market requirements.
Supplier Development, Identify and establish new suppliers for existing products.
Purchase Order Management, Finalize and validate purchase orders in SAP for the assigned region.
Sales Inquiry Handling, Address sales inquiries for the assigned region.
Technical Query Resolution, assist in resolving technical queries raised by customers in coordination with AC Sales.
Quote and Sample Follow-Up, Follow up on quotes and samples for the assigned market.
SAP Vendor and Item Management, Request the addition of new vendors and items to SAP for the assigned region.
Sales Support, Provide sales teams with product COAs, TDS, and MSDS for new products.
Supplier Agreements, Work on developing and managing supplier agreements.
Payment and Logistics Resolution, resolve payment and logistics issues related to assigned market supplies.
ISO Record Maintenance, Maintain ISO records for the supply chain department.
