ROLE SUMMARY
The talabat Product team plays a central role in the growth of our company, with our empowered Product teams working to create meaningful solutions that address important user, vendor, and business opportunities.
We re looking for a customer-centric, self-starting, and creative Product Manager II to lead a squad within the Incentives domain. In this role, you will own and enhance key features and processes to optimize talabat s incentives logic and experience while driving a product-led roadmap that delivers measurable impact.
This role requires strong data-driven decision-making, experimentation expertise, and proactive ownership. Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders across Cairo and Dubai, you ll ensure seamless alignment and require regular travel to Dubai.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the product roadmap, managing a cross-functional team, and ensuring strategic alignment across teams. By leveraging insights, key performance metrics, and stakeholder collaboration, you will enhance user experiences, optimize incentive offerings, and deliver value to our users, vendors, and the platform.

As Product Manager II for the Incentives domain, you will:

Be driven to understand this opportunity space in great detail - who are the target customers (users and vendors), local contexts, business value, risks, opportunities, and technical challenges
Lead continuous product discovery for your squad
Develop and maintain a product-led roadmap, closely aligned with business stakeholders
Champion customer development and data analysis to find new opportunities and de-risk your bets
Work closely with the design and research teams to uncover opportunities and unmet user needs
Own the discovery process end-to-end and be the leading voice in your cross-functional teams
Rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate on solutions
Enhance and roll out improvements to our incentive experience
Lead the prioritization of opportunities and solutions based on their impact on squad KPIs
Measure the success of enhancements and invest in the continuous improvement of the product
Be a problem-solver who does not hesitate to get hands-on to unblock your team and deliver quality solutions quickly
Work with stakeholders to grow your knowledge and supercharge your product efforts
Work closely with other teams to ensure incentive products are aligned with our end-to-end consumer experience and lifecycle

Own stakeholder communications for incentive products, presenting progress, insights, and strategies with clarity and impact
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including commercial, marketing,, and operations teams, to design and launch go-to-market strategies for incentive initiatives
Foster a culture of innovation and ownership, encouraging teams to take initiative and pursue opportunities
