The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is To
- Work with engineers, designers & product managers on the product to prioritize work and learn rapidly
 - Identify the fastest ways to learn from data to inform product development
 - Define metrics for web engagement used for prioritization across the company
 - Build and maintain our data infrastructure and tools
 - Build automated customer journeys & the strategy for web engagement for e-commerce.
 - Help the team build funnels to convert users that land on web to actual Snoonu customers.
 
Do You Have Some Of These
- You’ve partnered closely with product teams and understand when to bring data in to inform product decisions for e-commerce websites
 - You have experience with writing SQL & advanced queries to find answers in messy data.
 - You worked with teams on defining metrics specifically related to engagement & web
 - You have proven experience in managing and optimizing eCommerce sites, CRM systems
 - You have in-depth understanding of customer segmentation and targeted marketing
 - You've worked on full-fledged automated customer journeys, keep users engaged with the product.
 - You are user-focused: You’re curious about user behaviors, eager for qualitative and quantitative feedback, and prioritize creating meaningful experiences for our members
 - You're excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and you embrace testing and learning quickly to refine the product and internal processes alike
