We’re hiring a Digital Product Owner to lead end-to-end product strategy, development, and delivery in a fast-paced agile environment. You will define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product vision and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure product quality through testing and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor KPIs and support post-launch improvements.

Requirements:

• 8+ years as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Technical understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in insurance/reinsurance is a plus.
