Production Data Monitoring:

· Collect and analyze data from production lines, including output rates, machine performance, wastage and downtime.

· Track batch production data to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

· Monitor raw material usage and inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste.

· Analyze inventory performance, including lead times and procurement reliability.

· Track data related to product quality, including defect rates, rework percentages, and customer complaints.

Analyze trends in quality issues to recommend preventive actions.

Reporting & Visualization

· Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel / Power BI / PowerPoint to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Provide real-time insights into production efficiency, waste, and quality control.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance, inventory levels, compliance statistics (QC, HSE & FS) and waste metrics.

Summarize findings and present actionable insights to the production and management teams.

Process Optimization Reports

· Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes.

· Recommend changes to improve output rates and reduce downtime.

· Analyze waste data and suggest strategies to minimize material losses during production.

· Analyse utility cost & usage to optimize the usage.

Collaborate with production teams to implement waste reduction initiatives.

· Work closely with production & maintenance managers, quality control teams, and supply chain departments to understand their data needs.

· Provide data insights to help various teams improve their operations.

· Assist production staff in understanding and utilizing data reports for decision-making.

· Ensure all production and quality data meet food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO etc.).
