We are looking for an experienced Production Manager - Steel / Aluminium Manufacturing & Fabrication Industry (DIC- Dubai). Applicant must have good organizational skills, able to follow directions and safety rules. Applicant must have 5-8 years (UAE) experience in metal manufacturing & fabrication experience. Must work well with others like a team attitude. Responsible for the site operations and all aspects, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with executives on project strategy to determine objectives.

• Oversees the manufacture of products, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial and delivery goals and standards are met.
• Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with rules and

regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health and safety staff.

• Track the man-hours Vs budgets.
• Assists Operating officer with operating goals, expansion efforts and implementation of new and advanced technology.
