Production Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cooperate in achieving the department’s quality goals and ensure that all necessary functions and operations are performed in line with quality, health, safety, and environment system requirements.
- Participate in implementing and improving the company policies and procedures.
- Perform procedures and process inline to the Integrated Management System requirements specified in the QHSE Manual as well as all concerned procedures (in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2015 requirements).
- Support the management in the business and QHSE objectives.
- Identify and report all the non-conformances, hazards, accidents, and incidents in the company.
- Assists in the Department Head of the entire production activities of the factory and provides relevant information to management related to the process.
- Monitors the implementation of quality and HSE goals in the entire manufacturing process and ensures that all necessary functions and operations in the workshop are performed in line with the quality and EHS system requirements.
- Identification of products to establish traceability whenever necessary.
- Identifies non-confirming issues and ensures that corresponding forms are raised, forwarded to QHSE and/or Department Head to enable corrective actions implemented.
- Coordinates in the arrangement of production schedule for all orders received in liaison with Operations Manager for any special instructions on material specifications. Instructs operators based on prepared schedules and ensure that it is clearly understood by the operators.
- Ensures that productivity of all factory staff is utilized to attain maximum production capability in coordination with Asst. Foreman for the distribution of tasks.
- Prepares and collects Daily Production Reports and ensures that these are inputted in the ERP System for accurate materials/item count.
- Oversees the arrangement of products and raw material in the yard.
- Monitors and distributes consumables including gas, oil, grease, paints and thinners.
- Monitors and checks items for delivery and received items from suppliers in coordination with the QC.
- Verify time sheets of factory operators prior to submission to HR / Administration, submitting monthly attendance summary report and weekly summary of personnel whenever the need arises.
- Assists the Operation Manager in addressing all matters of discipline, hiring/termination, evaluation and arrangement of vacation schedules, ensuring availability of factory operators in coordination with the Section Heads and HR Department.
- Coordinates the orientation and training for new production member.
- Follows safety protocol, including wearing resistant gloves, protective masks, hardhat and safety shoes.
- Reports and material deviations encountered during a specific process.
Skills & Qualification:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good in establishing and maintaining records, logs, and files.
- Work independently with minimal direction. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Must be able to traverse the production facility.
- Able to maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Capable to ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Supervisor should have knowledge to read drawing. and make jigs and should have knowledge to fix dies in press machine and set stopper for press brake machine.
Educational Attainment:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering is preferred. At least High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior exceptional work experience with the company preferred.
