1. Maintaining day to day update on the Projects under execution

2. Follow-up with Clients for all required inputs and confirmation on the details provided to them by our Team

3. Follow-up with Service providers on the status of the assignments given to them

4. Keep strict vigil on the execution dates and timeline

5. Advantage to have MS Projects or similar tools experience

6. Strong verbal & written communication to discuss with clients and service providers over phone, email and WhatsApp

7. The work is completely Office Based only and most of the 70% of interactions with clients or suppliers / Service providers shall be only through email

8. Must be a candidate with Engineering Degree and 4 – 5 years of Project Coordination or Project Management Experience in UAE

9. Prior exposure to either sustainability and / or Electrical Engineering Projects will be a great advantage
