Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of 380/132 kV substation projects. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Technical Design & Review: Review and approve substation design documents, including single-line diagrams, layout drawings, and protection schemes. Coordinate with design teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
Site Supervision & Commissioning: Oversee onsite construction, installation, and testing of substation equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, etc.). Lead commissioning activities and ensure all systems are operational and safe.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address issues.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project reports, including progress, challenges, and financial status. Maintain accurate project documentation and as-built drawings.
