- Plan, implement, and manage project deliverables, including cost, quality, and timelines.
- Develop and coordinate project scope, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Oversee inspections such as WIR (Work Inspection Reports) and MIR (Material Inspection Reports) and secure consultant approvals.
- Ensure adherence to EHS procedures and accurate work settings per approved shop drawings.
- Supervise technical aspects, field problems, and site safety with engineers and foremen.
- Prepare and implement method statements, inspection & test plans, and ensure defect resolution.
- Monitor project progress, handle material deliveries, and ensure alignment with site schedules.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and production teams to address project needs.
- Provide progress updates and daily project reports to management.
