1. Responsible for the Managing Project Engineering activities for one or multiple projects,
2. Stakeholder management for projects. Vendor Engineering management,
3. PEM shall have adequate knowledge for defining and discussing DOR (Division of responsibility) with Client and partners.
4. Knowledgeable for Due diligence for vendors / suppliers/ future partners and project. Responsible for work summary and experience feedback of the project.
5. Responsible for Arranging Kick off meeting with Client / Suppliers. Discuss the key activities to be perform during start till finish the whole life cycle of the project.
6. Responsible for the review and Analysis of technical specifications, Bid proposals in the bidding process;
7. PEM shall be able to define Early / Basic / Detail design work structure.
8. Recourse planning, utilization of recourse in optimized manner shall be key priorities.
9. Conducting or arranging periodic review between discipline for the deliverable and quality checks for submitting document to client.
10. KPI for project and details implementation of each parameter knowledge.
11. Knowledge of International, Regional standards, Policy and Local Regulation.
12. Risk Analysis capabilities and mitigation plan development know how is key for PEM role.
13. Knowledge for handling controlled BOQ, Timely comparison of estimated BOQ and execution phase BOQ,
14. Handling Design Institute, Negotiation with Design Institute, Monitoring parameters for design work performed by Design Institute.
15. Arranging several levels of meetings like weekly / Monthly review meetings with Management / Stakeholders.
16. Design Review meetings with client / End user.
17. Project lesson Learn and as built document submission to client.
18. Certification like PMP or Prince 2 will be in is priority consideration.
