Lead the end-to-end project management of Document Management System (DMS) implementation.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
Manage the selection, configuration, and deployment of DMS solutions (SharePoint, MS365, and Atlas).
Oversee data migration, user access controls, and integration with existing enterprise systems.
Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Provide regular status reports to PMO, Program Manager, and Steering Committee.
