Must demonstrates substantial previous experience executing onshore EPIC, shutdown intensive projects of this nature and scale in refinery process units containing heaters, blast proof buildings instrumentation and control systems.
Expertise in budget management, resource planning, and cost control for shutdowns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with shutdown-specific tools for scheduling, procurement, and tracking.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of shutdown projects while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee resource management, ensuring adequate allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and mitigating financial risks.
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of shutdown activities.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions.
Enforce compliance with HSE policies and lead safety meetings.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Maintain communication with clients, management, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and vendor management.
Prepare regular reports and maintain project documentation.
