Experience
1. Knowledge of Mechnical engineering principles and practices: This includes understanding the design, construction, and operation of Mechnical systems and equipment.
2. Experience with Mechnical project management: This includes experience with planning, organizing, and executing Mechnicalprojects on time and within budget.
3. Expertise in Mechnical engineering software: This includes experience with software that is used to design and analyse dairy processing equipment and facilities, such as AutoCAD or PCschematic.
4. Knowledge of Mechnical codes and standards: This includes understanding and complying with local, state, and national Mechnical codes and standards.
5. Proficient & hands-on knowledge in using and working with AutoCAD.
6. Proficient in working with MS office and MS Project programs
