Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
Lead and manage quality assurance activities across all stages of the project, from planning to completion.
Conduct and manage internal and external audits of the project to assess compliance with quality management systems and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are effectively integrated into project execution.
Provide leadership and mentorship to QA/QC teams to ensure high levels of performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure that all quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, audits, and quality control plans, are maintained and reviewed.
Monitor the project’s compliance with quality policies, procedures, and regulations to minimize risks and prevent non-conformance.
Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and construction, to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on project quality performance to senior management.
