- Planning/Scheduling (Provide Project Planning/Scheduling services to project teams to ensure that completion dates are being met Cost Management/Control (Provide cost control services to project teams to ensure proper project cost management and profitability monitoring).
- Invoice Advice Reports (Verify & Approve Invoice Advice Reports before issuance to Finance). Project Analysis and Forecasting (Analysis of project schedule and costing trends).
- Project Updates (weekly progress-collection & updates; schedule updates; cost control & management; change order/variation management; cash flow status; subcontractor progress management; weekly upload of project data to Project Controls Database).
- Project Reporting (issue of Internal weekly project status reports and Clients External progress reports).
- Quality Control (ensuring projects are controlled, monitored, and documented according to Project Services standards /specification
