The role holder is responsible for assisting the Manager in overall supervision of the assigned contract work, follows up with customer and jobs in progress, prepares relevant reports, oversees vehicles, equipment & driver movements and resolves all related issues in coordination with the respective administrators & coordinators, ensuring increase in customer satisfaction and revenue growth through effective & efficient execution of work.

• Supervises the vehicles, equipment, drivers & technicians and ensures smooth execution of work on contract projects.
• Prepares and submits monthly/quarterly reports as requested by the Manager.
• Coordinates and works closely with Line Manager for any payments, collection or any finance related issues pertaining to the customers.
• Assists and executes project work plans set by the line manager.
• Supervises and ensures day to day activities are correctly performed, and manages timely deliveries in association with the respective Coordinators.
• Supervises overall work activity in the absence of the Line Manager with complete accountability
• Follows up with the customer for service requirements and need for replacement vehicles or products (devices).
• Ensures any related pending issues are coordinated and resolved within relevant SLAs, ensuring desired increase in customer satisfaction.
• Ensures complete compliance to all QHSE processes and customer documentations.
• Achieves required customer retention and increased customer revenue by adding more accounts to the business.
• Ensures daily checking of vehicles/equipment/devices and records present condition & safety levels.
• Ensures client data in the system is always updated and monthly invoices are dispatched in a timely manner to customers.
• Handles new or lease return vehicles and ensures vehicles are returned from the Workshops within the stipulated timeframe.
• Ensures all Drivers and replacement vehicles are available at all times.
• Monitors and maintains the quality of customer’s service affairs including present condition of replacement vehicles.
• Oversees and maintains optimal vehicle booking rate preassigned with workshop.
• Maintains company standards related to vehicle condition and driver hygiene level.
• Ensures retention & training of high performing staff & drivers and effectively utilizes outsource drivers.
• Performs other related duties as required
