- Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.
- Assists clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, managing the entire process from start to finish.
- Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Prepare and review contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and industry developments.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to help clients make informed decisions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead generation through networking and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listing, and transactions.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required for internal and external purposes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of months years’ experience in real estate is preferred within UAE market.
- Demonstrative ability to handle property transactions and client interactions effectively.
- Relevant real estate certification or license as required by local regulations.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate management software and CRM system.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Professional and polished demeanour.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with RERA & ADM requirements.
- With Broker/Agent License is a plus advantage
- With Driving Licence is a plus advantage
- Arabic & English speaker is a plus advantage.
