Job Description:

As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting and selling real estate properties to clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, conducting property viewings, and providing expert advice to help clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively seek new property sales opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide professional guidance to clients through the buying process
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities
• Stay updated on company listings, new launches, and market trends

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good understanding of the Dubai property market
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
