A real estate investment company specializing in property acquisition and ongoing asset management is looking for a Property Fit-Out & Operations Coordinator to support its growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction process, and with tenants post-leasing to ensure smooth handovers (technical and administrative follow-up)
- Manage furniture procurement from approved suppliers (pre-negotiated pricing and selection)
- Handle day-to-day administrative errands, including site visits and document deliveries
- Monitor the market for property acquisition opportunities and prepare basic reports
Requirements:
- Technical understanding of HVAC, basic construction, and interior finishing
- Proficient in basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the UAE commercial real estate market
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle required
