Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Property Specialist to join our team, focusing exclusively on properties in the prestigious Dubai. This role offers an unparalleled commission structure of up to 80%, making it ideal for professionals with a proven track record in real estate and a strong client network.
As a Property Specialist, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Dubai to build relationships, close deals, and deliver exceptional service to clients looking to buy, sell, or lease properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expertise & Lead Generation:
- Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and community dynamics.
- Actively generate and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Identify and reach out to potential buyers, sellers, and investors to build your client portfolio.
- Client Management:
- Provide clients with tailored advice on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information on the community, amenities, and lifestyle.
- Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
- Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Regularly report on pipeline progress and market activity to management.
- Networking & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Attend community events, real estate expos, and networking functions to enhance your market presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the Dubai market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- License: RERA certification is a plus or must be willing to obtain one.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are highly advantageous.
